I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a manufacturing company in the transport sector located in Chambly, an OHS Coordinator -- Permanent position 40 hours per week - face-to-face.
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be in charge of the following tasks :
- Assess occupational health and safety risks
- Identify, design and implement appropriate prevention plans
- Ensure compliance with company OHS standards and regulations
- Organize and deliver employee training
- Take responsibility for the OHS committee
- Analyze risks, conduct audits and surveys, monitor KPIs via statistical reports to analyze performance and propose corrective measures.
- Work with the various teams to ensure that actions and plans are properly implemented.

Your profile
-At least 3 years' experience in a similar position
-Very good level of French and English
-DEC in SST or other relevant field
-Knowledge of IT tools (Office Suite).
- Salary: $70k - $90k depending on experience
Face-to-face position on day shift, full insurance, company RRSP, vacation according to experience.
